OEM & ODM programmes

Two ways to work with us beyond buying the catalogue range: put your own brand on parts we already manufacture, or have us develop a part that is not in our range at all.

OEM

Your brand on our parts

The fastest route to your own product line. You select models from our catalogue; we produce, mark and pack them as your brand.

  • Your part numbering and labelling
  • Your logo on the part or the packaging
  • Barcodes and carton marking to your specification
  • Neutral or fully branded cartons
  • No tooling cost for models already in our range
ODM

A part that does not exist yet

For a vehicle or an application we do not currently cover. Send a sample or a drawing and we develop the part to match.

  • Reverse engineering from a physical sample
  • Production from your drawing or 3D data
  • Material and surface treatment agreed up front
  • Sample first, then production after your approval
  • Tooling discussed as part of the project cost

How it runs

From first contact to repeat order

01

Requirement

You send OE numbers, a sample, a drawing or a vehicle list. We confirm which parts we can cover and flag any we cannot.

02

Quotation

Price per unit at your target quantity, with tooling, packaging and sample costs shown separately so you can see what drives the number.

03

Sample

Sample produced and sent for your fitment and appearance approval before any production commitment.

04

Production

Production scheduled after sample approval, with inspection records for the batch retained.

05

Shipment

Packing to survive transit and clear customs, with the export documentation prepared for your market.

06

Repeat order

The specification is held on file. Reordering is a quantity and a delivery date, not a new project.

Packaging

How your parts leave the factory

Packaging is often the part of a supply relationship that causes the most friction — arrive damaged, arrive mislabelled, or arrive in boxes your warehouse cannot scan. We handle it as part of the order.

Individual boxes

Parts boxed individually with your artwork, or supplied bulk to keep unit cost down.

Labels & barcodes

Product labels carrying your part number, description, OE reference and barcode in the format your system reads.

Carton marking

Outer cartons marked with quantity, model, batch and your handling instructions.

Protection

Grease caps, thread protection and rust-preventive treatment on machined surfaces for long sea transit.

Tell us what you need

Include your target models or numbers, the annual volume you expect, and whether you need your own branding. The more concrete the brief, the faster we can quote.

  • OEM private label: quote typically within one business day
  • ODM development: feasibility assessed before any cost is quoted
  • Sample and tooling costs quoted transparently, not bundled
